Paul Kubicki brings a comprehensive understanding of labor and employment and its engagement with the political landscape to his labor relations and employment practice. Having most recently served as Assistant Counsel in the Office of Legislative Counsel of the House of Representatives, he was the primary legislative drafter for the House for legislation regarding labor relations and employment protections. During that time, he was a key contributor to the COVID-19 relief acts, including drafting the text for the paid family leave provisions in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, and other significant employment and labor legislation.
