Virginia Medina represents public and private companies, financial institutions, closely held businesses, and private equity groups in connection with matters relating to executive compensation and employee benefits. In particular, she has a depth of experience with benefit and compensation issues raised in connection with corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public offerings, and other business transactions) and tax and other compliance issues relating to executive compensation. Virginia's experience also extends to the regulatory requirements arising under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
