Wade Mitchell concentrates his practice in the areas of toxic tort, commercial litigation, and products liability related to construction or personal injury. He has defended several major chemical manufacturers against claims of injury from chlorinated solvents, fiberglass resins, and asbestos, requiring in-depth analysis and application of a wide range of epidemiological and medical literature. With insightful and developed understanding of the litigation process, Wade is practical and recognizes which issues raised during a lawsuit have a place and which are extraneous.
