Overview

Yadilsa Diaz’s growing practice focuses on advising clients on both longstanding and emerging landmark data privacy and security laws. She has experience assisting a diverse array of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in sectors ranging from retail to manufacturing and Adtech to digital media and publishing.

She is also a member of the BakerHostetler team serving as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS), an unprecedented recovery effort involving hundreds of actions.
