Amy E. Kellogg concentrates her practice in real estate law where she has significant experience in leasing, development, acquisition and financing for both corporate and individual clients. She has served as lead counsel on numerous multistate real estate transactions and has headed up the real estate portions of numerous corporate acquisitions and divestitures, including large international acquisitions and refinancings.
Ms. Kellogg’s leasing experience includes retail, commercial and industrial. For over twelve years, she was the lead member of the real estate team providing nationwide real estate services to a “big box” retailer and for over five years she provided similar services to a national landscape supply company.
Ms. Kellogg has experience with government-backed financing, including tax increment financing and enterprise zone agreements. Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, she was an Assistant Law Director for the City of Cleveland. During her tenure with the City of Cleveland, Ms. Kellogg was involved in the real estate and financing issues for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
Ms. Kellogg has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, the authoritative resource for information on the worldwide legal profession, for preeminence in her field and her ethical standards. She has been named in the 2010 and 2011 editions of Best Lawyers in America and the Chambers USA Guide: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in the specialty of Real Estate Law. Ms. Kellogg is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is a Board Member for LAND Studio and is a past President and member of the Board of Trustees of the Epilepsy Association.
