Mr. Donley maintains an active litigation practice with an emphasis on motor vehicle franchise litigation and complex commercial litigation. He represents several motor vehicle manufacturers on dealer franchise matters, and serves as counsel to one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers. In addition, he also serves as counsel to a diversified oil field services company and a major oil company.
Mr. Donley has experience before state and federal district courts, state and federal appellate courts, and state administrative agencies involving disputes regarding the following:
He has also litigated antitrust issues under both the Sherman Act and the Robinson-Patman Act and handled appeals in both state and federal appellate courts regarding antitrust issues.
