Brian A. Bulson
Brian Bulson assists clients in a variety of business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of business entities and commercial financing transactions. He has experience representing public and privately owned companies, lenders and private equity funds in a variety of industries.
Mr. Bulson also has experience assisting clients in various intellectual property matters, including the negotiation of licensing and development agreements and conducting intellectual property due diligence in business transactions.
In addition, he counsels clients on a continuing basis in regard to a range of business and intellectual property issues.
Mr. Bulson serves on the Advisory Board of the Downtown Cleveland YMCA and is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. During law school, Mr. Bulson was the Technology Editor for The Ohio State Law Journal.
