Ganesh Krishna works on a variety of matters in Baker Hostetler’s complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy groups. He is currently focused on investigatory and discovery matters relating to Baker Hostetler’s appointment as counsel to the SIPA Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Services LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Krishna served as Founder/Director of Anantha Energy, a bio-fuels startup based out of Bangalore, India. Mr. Krishna also previously worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School (HBS) in the Entrepreneurial Management division, where he assisted in the research and writing of HBS case studies and articles.
In addition to his other educational honors, Mr. Krishna was deemed a Lord Rothermere Scholar (Oxford University) in 2002.
