Jennifer Mills practices primarily in the area of employee benefits and compensation.
Ms. Mills has extensive experience with the design, implementation and administration of health and welfare benefit plans. She advises clients in benefit matters involving ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare, plan funding, fiduciary issues and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked extensively with clients in implementing changes and strategic planning with respect to health care reform.
Ms. Mills advises for-profit and tax-exempt organizations and governmental entities in the area of employee benefits and advises employers in all areas of plan implementation and administration, including negotiating contracts, plan documentation, benefit disputes and compliance.
Ms. Mills is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
