Marco Molina is responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, including complex litigation involving foreign corporations. He is currently on Baker Hostetler’s team working as counsel to the court-appointed trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Molina worked in the New York office of a major U.S-based international law firm, focusing his practice in securities defense litigation and other complex civil litigation matters.
