Pete Van Euwen practices in the firm’s business group with a principal focus on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. He has extensive experience advising private equity firms and public and private companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations.
Mr. Van Euwen works extensively with several of the firm’s publicly held clients, counseling on corporate governance and securities law compliance issues such as public disclosure and periodic reporting, proxy solicitations, shareholder proposals and transactions in issuer securities by officers and directors. His securities law practice also includes representing issuers in public offerings and private placements.
Mr. Van Euwen has considerable experience serving as counsel to banks, mezzanine lenders, private equity funds and other borrowers in connection with debt financing transactions. He also counsels clients in connection with a wide range of day-to-day, business-related issues and agreements.
