Jim’s 40 years of legal experience traverses a broad range of healthcare law, including mergers and acquisitions; private equity transactions; joint ventures; corporate structure and board governance issues; accountable care organizations under the Affordable Care Act, including the utilization of AKS and Stark Law waivers; complex outsource arrangements; managed care arrangements; antitrust consulting; Medicare and Medicaid regulatory consulting, corporate compliance matters and handling resulting investigations.
