Juan Gascon is a member of the firm’s White Collar, Investigations and Securities Enforcement and Litigation team. He has represented clients in numerous complex civil and criminal cases, including in corruption, fraud and securities lawsuits, as well as in regulatory actions brought by U.S. enforcement agencies. Juan also has experience representing clients in a variety of industries in internal corporate and government-facing investigations.
