As a member of the Healthcare Privacy and Compliance team, Roma Gujarathi works with clients within the healthcare industry on developing comprehensive responses to cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, as well as ensuring their state and federal privacy compliance. Roma believes a well-developed plan mitigates risk, and she guides clients through initial response and forensic investigation, making sure that all of their regulatory obligations are met.
