Scott Weiser's practice focuses on business and securities matters. He provides counsel to clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and commercial contracts. With extensive experience assisting European companies with their U.S. related legal needs, Scott bridges the gap between foreign and domestic business perspectives.

As a member of the New York City Bar Association, Scott served as Assistant Secretary to the Task Force on the Lawyer's Role in Corporate Governance from 2005 to 2006. In that role, he participated in the drafting of the November 2006 "Report of the Task Force on the Lawyer's Role in Corporate Governance."
