Scott R. Weiser

Scott Weiser’s practice covers a wide range of general business and securities matters. He has advised clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, licensing transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. His clients cover a broad spectrum of the market, ranging from large public to small private companies.

Mr. Weiser is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he served as Assistant Secretary to the Task Force on the Lawyer’s Role in Corporate Governance from 2005 to 2006. In connection with his work on the Task Force, he participated in the drafting of the November 2006 “Report of the Task Force on the Lawyer’s Role in Corporate Governance.” Mr. Weiser is also a member of the American Bar Association.
