Coming from a 10th-generation Orange County family, Alex enjoys counseling local Orange County clients as well as clients across the country. She advises high-net-worth individuals regarding U.S. gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Alex also advises on transactional tax matters, including joint ventures, corporate restructurings and liquidations. In addition, she advises both public and private companies on their executive compensation arrangements and compliance of tax-qualified employee benefit plans.

While attending UC Irvine School of Law, Alex received a Faculty Award (Highest Performance in a Course) for California State Business Tax and was President of the UCI Tax Law Society. She has taken a variety of tax courses, including federal income tax, partnership tax, corporate tax, state and local tax and tax practice and procedure. Alex is a current Tax LL.M. candidate at New York University School of Law.
