Overview

Amy Bellman takes a business-minded approach to her real estate and hospitality practice. Well-versed in the nuances of timeshares, fractionals, condominiums and travel and exchange products, she advises clients regarding the structuring, implementation, sales and marketing, operation, management and governance of timeshare plans.

With extensive experience within both the private practice and in-house sectors, Amy supplies business knowledge from an uncommon perspective. Prior to rejoining private practice, Amy served as operations and underwriting counsel to a Fortune 500 national title insurance company’s resort development and vacation ownership division, providing guidance and oversight on multijurisdictional escrow and title processes and reviewing new product structures for compliance and insurability.

Amy is a registered resort professional and a Trustee Member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). She represented the timeshare industry as Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Timeshare and Interval Use.
