Delores Chichi focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. She handles a broad range of employment matters, including compliance with federal and state laws, and representing employers on issues that arise under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state and city analogs. In addition, she investigates and responds to federal, state and city agency complaints; conducts internal workplace investigations, including those related to discrimination, gender bias and hostile work environment claims; and drafts separation and settlement agreements.
