Overview

Jennifer Lee focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate consolidations, working primarily with insurance companies, agencies and financial services firms. Jennifer advises clients on various aspects of corporate transactional matters, including letters of intent, purchase agreements, disclosure schedules and ancillary agreements. She also leads due diligence and works with clients on representation and warranty insurance deals.

Jennifer's experience as an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and her law clerk experience at a global reinsurer gave her a solid foundation in the principles of compliance and regulation and their effects on a client's business.
