Overview

Kevin McKinnis is an estate planning and tax attorney who has significant experience with a broad practice, counseling individuals, business owners, families and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. He also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in intra-family estate and trust disputes, advises on the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and offers counsel on fiduciary income tax issues. 

Kevin also has experience advising Class 3 firearm owners as to the establishment of firearms trusts and advising charitable organizations and private foundations.
