Mary Kate Wagner is an associate in the International Disputes Group, lending assistance on international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and litigation. As Deputy Counsel with the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), she oversaw and managed hundreds of international and domestic arbitrations, including emergency and expedited-procedure arbitrations. Having spent more than seven years with the ICC, including two years in Paris, France, she provides in-depth knowledge on the application of the ICC Rules, as well as an insider’s perspective on the workings of the ICC Court.
