Overview

Mathew Drocton leverages his background as a law clerk for a federal district court judge to obtain efficient, desirable results for clients’ most difficult matters. Applying his diverse experience in litigation - including contract disputes, shareholder litigation, products liability claims, construction matters and insurance coverage disputes - he works with clients from pre-suit demand to preparing for trial or briefing an appeal.

Throughout, Mathew remains conscious of the costs of litigation and focuses on obtaining favorable results early in the litigation process, both through settlement negotiations and dispositive motions.
