Overview

Mike Pappert assists clients in creating and implementing strategies for their business transactions. For 30 years, he has applied his skills to hundreds of real estate, finance and business matters. Mike has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing, management, financing and sale of commercial and residential real estate, including shopping centers, industrial warehouse projects, office buildings, hotel and recreational developments and multi- and single-family properties. He has also represented lenders and borrowers, including financial institutions, mortgage companies, institutional investors, developers and publicly held companies in lending and financing transactions. He has experience in mortgage and asset-based lending and loan workout, restructuring and refinancing matters.

In addition, Mike has extensively represented entities and individuals in the purchase, sale, restructuring and reorganization of the ownership of business organizations and assets. His representation has extended to national and multinational financial institutions, real estate companies, insurance concerns, oil and gas companies and pharmaceutical companies.
