Overview

Mike Moyer leads the emerging companies and venture finance group in the Seattle office, representing both emerging growth companies from formation to liquidity and the debt and equity funds that invest in them. He handles public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions and the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures. Mike’s clients rely on him to provide thoughtful and practical guidance on a timely basis for addressing critical legal and business issues. In addition to representing technology and life science companies and investors, Mike works extensively in the sustainable industries sector, representing some of the nation’s leading sustainable industry companies.
