Overview

Mike Moyer is the co-leader of the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Finance practice and leads the firm’s Seattle Business Group. He represents emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital firms, strategic corporate investors and family offices. He handles public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions and the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures. Mike’s clients rely on him to provide thoughtful and practical guidance on a timely basis for addressing critical legal and business issues. In addition to representing technology and life science companies and investors, Mike works extensively in the sustainable industries sector, representing some of the nation’s leading sustainable industry companies.
