Overview

Scott Prince focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, as well as complex commercial transactions. He works closely with clients on creditors’ committee matters, corporate debtor restructuring and lender-side restructuring of distressed loan workouts. He also has experience drafting bankruptcy-related motions and responses involving the automatic stay, bid procedures, objections to a sale and other Chapter 11 pleadings, as well as loan agreements and other transactional documents.

Drawing from his experience clerking for a bankruptcy judge and working as a corporate legal fellow for a Fortune 500 company, Scott has a thorough understanding of the regulations, processes and nuances related to bankruptcy matters and litigation.
