Focusing her practice on corporate employment law, Tali Knauer works with public and private companies and senior executives to negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements, including executive employment, separation, change-in-control and retention and bonus agreements.
Tali provides advice and analysis in connection with mergers and acquisitions on behalf of buyers, sellers and management teams nationwide. Her transaction-related experience includes assessing and mitigating employment risks during due diligence and reviewing and revising key components of merger and purchase agreements.
Tali also counsels multi-state employers on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues, including restrictive covenants, compliance, policies and procedures and hiring and firing decisions. She regularly litigates employment-related disputes involving compensation, contracts, restrictive covenants and employment discrimination matters.
