Partner Craig Hoffman was quoted in a <em>Wall Street Journal</em> article titled “More Personal Injury Lawyers are Chasing Data-Breach Settlements.” Published Sept. 3, 2025, the article discusses how data breaches are quickly becoming solid moneymakers for personal injury lawyers and law firms, with only car accidents and medical malpractice ahead of them. Hoffman points out that the chances of a company being hit with at least one class-action lawsuit after notifying customers of a breach have jumped significantly compared to prior years.
