In May 2022, the president of The Florida Bar appointed Donald Workman to its Special Committee on Greater Public Access to Legal Services, which was formed at the request of the Florida Supreme Court. Workman, who leads our Washington, D.C., Restructuring and Bankruptcy team, is also in his second year on The Florida Bar’s Board of Governors, and he serves The Florida Bar in other capacities as well.  Workman has been on the Executive Council of the Out of State Division for many years as an at-large member, editor, secretary, treasurer and president-elect, and he served two terms as its president. He also serves The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section as chair of the Bar/Florida Institute of CPA’s Committee and on the Business Law Section Executive Council.
