Jeffrey Martino Comments on Jail Sentence for Ex-Tuna Executive Convicted of Price-Fixing  Partner Jeffrey Martino is quoted in an article published on June 17, 2020, by Global Competition Review. The article, “Ex-Bumble Bee CEO receives 40-month sentence,” reports on the jail sentence received by Christopher Lischewski, the former CEO of Bumble Bee Foods following his conviction in December on charges that he conspired to fix prices for canned tuna. The Department of Justice’s antitrust division had sought a sentence of eight to 10 years.
