Partner Kristin Yokomoto will present “Timing Considerations for Probate/Trust Mediations” at a meeting of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee of the American College Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) at the ACTEC Annual Meeting, March 4-8, 2026, in Tampa, Florida. The presentation will provide guidance on what to consider when determining when it might be best for a client to mediate a probate or trust dispute; pre/early litigation; after limited discovery; after substantive discovery and motion practice; or on the eve of trial.
