Please join us for a 90-minute webinar covering the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust investigations and challenges of mergers in the oil industry. Our presenter, <a href="https://www.bakerlaw.com/MarcGSchildkraut" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Marc Schildkraut</a> has spent his career, first supervising FTC investigations and later representing the companies in many of the country’s largest, and most familiar oil mergers. He will provide you with example after example of how he was able to obtain merger clearances in all the oil deals where he represented merging companies engaged in production, refining, pipeline transportation and marketing. He will also discuss how the Biden administration’s plans to change merger enforcement will affect oil mergers.
