Overview

Madison Gaudreau’s developing practice focuses on litigation in a range of matters. She has assisted in representing individuals and companies in SEC and U.S. Attorney’s Office investigations, in the successful defense of a defamation suit against a journalist and in the successful defense of a commercial litigation against an investment company and its officers. She has also assisted in facilitating a white collar cryptocurrency investigation and a related securities enforcement litigation.

Madison has researched developments in securities law to assist in advising clients in a variety of matters. She is currently involved in representing Irving H. Picard, Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, in connection with BakerHostetler’s role as court-appointed counsel.
