Partner Emily Crosby has been elected to the American Bar Foundation as a fellow. Fellows are peer-nominated and comprise an honorary society of lawyers, judges, and law faculty who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. Membership is limited to 1 percent of the lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
Crosby counsels a broad range of healthcare clients regarding transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, investments and other strategic alignments, with a particular focus on post-acute care, ancillary services, and other institutional and community-based healthcare models.
