Overview

A member of the Class and Collective Actions team, Olivia Williams focuses on employment litigation and arbitration as she continues to grow her practice. Her experience includes defending clients against workers’ compensation claims, conducting depositions, responding to discovery requests and reviewing discovery responses, negotiating settlement agreements, preparing stipulations and agreements and drafting briefs and other court pleadings.

Olivia believes that maintaining prompt and efficient communication is key to maintaining effective relationships with clients.

Olivia also gained significant experience with legal research and drafting memoranda as an intern for for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and a summer associate with the Office of the North Carolina Governor.
