Eskenazi is a leading trial lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes. Over the course of his career he has:

 	<li>Represented clients in more than 200 class actions involving consumer protection and wage and hour claims, as well as scores of claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).</li>

 	<li>Represented accounting firms in defense of liability claims arising out of audit, attest and tax engagements.</li>

Eskenazi received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.S. from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th and 9th Circuits and all state and federal courts in California.
