Dillon has a breadth of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating key legal documents throughout all phases of a deal. This includes confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, management and operating agreements, joint venture documentation, SPAC-related materials and both capital raise and general corporate documentation. Dillon also manages due diligence workstreams, conducting thorough reviews of data room materials, preparing disclosure schedules and drafting diligence memoranda to identify critical risks and potential red flags. His corporate governance experience includes advising clients on governance structures and preparing consents, resolutions, meeting minutes and other governance documents. Dillion is adept at solving all problems his clients face regardless of how complex the matter is and prides himself on getting deals closed.
