<li>Represented a foreign corporation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia involving claims of violations of RICO and trade secret protections, among other statutory and common law claims.</li>
<li>Represented a private corporation in Seventh Circuit and Illinois Supreme Court appeals addressing an issue of first impression for the courts, as to when a claim accrues under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.</li>
<li>Represented a private medical provider in successfully resolving a putative class action arising from the presence of a Meta Pixel on its website.</li>
<li>Researched, drafted and argued a meritorious motion to dismiss on behalf of publicly traded corporation in state court action.</li>
