Mianda's litigation practice focuses on defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes. In addition to litigation, she conducts internal workplace investigations, delivers HR and management training and has successfully represented employers before the EEOC and in arbitration and unfair labor practice proceedings. Mianda also brings valuable experience advising state agencies on complex labor and employment matters.
