Nathan focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, securities offerings and corporate governance matters for private and public companies, private equity sponsors, family offices, healthcare systems and physician groups. His prior experience includes domestic and international tax planning and corporate/entity structuring for UHNW families/family offices and their various holdings.
