Paul represents employers in individual and class action lawsuits and appeals, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC. He guides clients through each stage of the litigation and appellate processes, including pleadings, discovery, major motions, trial preparation, appellate briefing and alternative dispute resolution. He also works closely with clients to develop solutions to various employee relations matters that arise outside of the litigation arena and advises clients on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
