Robert Sowell is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in high-stakes litigation as well as government investigations. Robert leverages his experience as a former federal prosecutor and in complex civil litigation to pursue cogent, results-oriented solutions. His experience includes first-chair federal trial experience with the Department of Justice as an assistant United States attorney, where he prosecuted and investigated a variety of federal offenses, including cybercrime, health care fraud, tax fraud, money laundering and narcotics trafficking. During his time with the DOJ, Robert also oversaw affirmative civil enforcement actions under the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as served as lead counsel in defending the United States and various federal agencies.
