Sarah Hayes is a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation. She has experience representing clients in a variety of industries involving issues related to contract disputes, catastrophic torts, toxic exposures, products liability, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, non-competes, and other restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Sarah has extensive experience in both federal and state courts representing clients from initial complaint through discovery, trial and appeal. Sarah has experience in incident response and assisting clients with internal and external investigations and incident site inspections.
Sarah is the founder of the Houston office’s Associate Committee and served as the first Houston office Associate Committee Chair, representing the office in firm-wide discussions and serving as a liaison between Houston associates and office and firm management.
Sarah serves on the Houston Office’s Talent Engagement Forum supporting the advancement of talented attorneys in the office and the firm. In her former role as the Forum’s Programming Committee Chair, she founded the Forum’s Importance of Promotion & Retention Fireside Chat series.
In addition, Sarah serves on the Houston office’s Women’s Talent Engagement Forum, which supports the advancement of female attorneys in the office and the firm.
