Sarah Hayes is a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation. She has experience representing clients in a variety of industries involving issues related to contract disputes, catastrophic torts, toxic exposures, products liability, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, non-competes, and other restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Sarah has extensive experience in both federal and state courts representing clients from initial complaint through discovery, trial and appeal.
