  • Advise clients on risks associated with potential acquisitions and assist in transitioning ownership of extensive trademark and copyright portfolios and updating the chain of title.
  • Successfully resolve right-of-publicity disputes, including an action brought on behalf of a musician against a Broadway show and an action brought by a newscaster against a media company.
  • Obtained recent jury verdicts in copyright and trademark ownership and infringement actions in federal district courts in New York, California, Arizona and Louisiana, all of which were upheld on appeal.
  • Successfully resolve litigation concerning compensation for the digital exploitation of musical and audiovisual properties.
