Wellness

The Wellness Committee fosters a firmwide culture supporting a healthy work environment by championing the firm’s commitment to the ABA Well-Being Pledge and working to eliminate the stigma associated with mental health and substance use disorders. The firm is also an active member of One Mind at Work, an organization dedicated to assisting its members in fostering workplace environments that support the well-being of teams and individuals.

Partnerships

Many of our attorneys hold leadership positions on local, regional and national levels with numerous organizations such as the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, Corporate Counsel Women of Color, Diversity &amp; Flexibility Alliance, Hispanic National Bar Association, Council of Urban Professionals, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, National Bar Association and The Veterans Consortium.

New Parent Program

Our personalized New Parent Program offers resources and programs designed to support new parents in connection with the birth, adoption or placement for foster care of a child and to help facilitate a smooth return to work. The program includes the opportunity for new parents to connect with one or more mentors who can serve as additional resources to them both before and after parental leave as well as access to one-on-one coaching with an external new parent coaching resource. The firm also offers an attorney ramp-up program to help new parents return to work after extended parental leave, back-up child care and family support services, sanctuary space nursing rooms in most offices and breastmilk shipping services to support work travel.&nbsp;
