Amy Traub, Amanda Van Hoose Garofalo Quoted on Importance of Labor Agency Opinion Letters

Partner Amy Traub, chair of BakerHostetler’s national Labor and Employment Group, and Partner Amanda Van Hoose Garofalo are quoted in the Fall 2022 issue of the Missouri Law Review. The article, “The Sword and the Shield: The Benefits of Opinion Letters by Employment and Labor Agencies” – authored by the Honorable Keith E. Sonderling, a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner, and his Chief Counsel, Bradford J. Kelley – explores the genesis of these opinion letters, examines their benefits and criticisms, and calls for the continued and increased issuance of opinion letters by federal and state agencies.
