Analia Gonzalez Appointed by Uruguay to ICSID Panel of Arbitrators

Partner Analia Gonzalez has been appointed to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Panel of Arbitrators by her home country of Uruguay.

The appointment becomes effective Feb. 8, 2023, for a renewable term of six years. The ICSID Convention entitles each member state to designate up to four people to the Panel of Arbitrators. Arbitrators appointed to the panel are available for selection to ICSID tribunals and ad hoc committees.

Gonzalez leads BakerHostetler’s Latin America Arbitration and Litigation team. She serves as an arbitrator in commercial arbitrations under the auspices of the ICC International Court of Arbitration® and the International Arbitration Center of the Peru-United States Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM-Peru).
