Brian Allen is a seasoned litigator with significant trial experience on the state and local levels, having developed and honed his skills while serving as an assistant district attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. As an ADA, Brian supervised or conducted long-term investigations and tried a broad array of serious felony cases. Within this practice, he regularly guides clients through internal investigations and responding to inquiries by regulators.
