Cameron Friedman regularly litigates high-stakes commercial disputes. He has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases, including commercial contract disputes, cases involving breach of fiduciary duties, real estate disputes and fraud litigation. Cameron handles disputes across the country and has argued in numerous courts, including the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also has significant consumer regulatory experience.

- Led team representing clients in high-stakes breach of contract dispute. Successfully argued spoliation motion in New York Supreme Court.
Breach of Fiduciary Duty Litigation
- Defended special committee of independent directors. Briefed motion to dismiss, leading to plaintiff voluntarily dismissing claims.
Securities Litigation
- Represented defendant in securities fraud trial resulting in dismissal of all of plaintiffs’ claims at the conclusion of their case in chief.
