Overview

Chris Gallagher focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He is a member of the BakerHostetler team that serves as counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC.

The BakerHostetler team has recovered more than $14 billion for Madoff’s victims to date and the effort continues. Chris has been instrumental in several discovery and litigation related efforts and is currently a member of the BakerHostetler team litigating the Trustee’s cases against a feeder fund.
