Cory Nesemann has had a broad-based patent practice for nearly eight years, covering everything from initial IP strategy planning to patent litigation. He focuses on patent preparation and all aspects of foreign and domestic prosecution in a wide variety of technologies.
Cory works to understand a client’s commercialization plans and relevant competitive landscape in order to develop a creative and forward-looking IP strategy, often extending years into the future to achieve the client’s business objectives. He has prosecuted utility patent applications for hydraulic valves, seals, heat exchangers, medical devices (e.g., tools and implants), consumer electronics and computer programs. He also manages prosecution of patent families that encompass dozens of applications filed throughout numerous countries.
